It provides online weight loss tools and resources such as a weight loss tracker (calorie counter), Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator, Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) calculator, and the complete USDA food nutrition database. PHP / MySQL programming and database languages were used to integrate these tools.
