File names are case sensitive. Some FTP programs have a setting to upload all
files in upper case. Check to make sure that the file names are the same case as
the links and image calls used in your HTML tags. If this doesn't solve your
problem, check to make sure the links and image calls in your pages are
addressing the right directory or source. For an explanation of why this is
important, please perform a search at any search engine, such as Google,
for "absolute address", "absolute URL", "relative address", or "relative URL"
