Custom Website Features

Please read over the following features for our custom websites. The features below are included free of charge with all sites (unless otherwise noted), but you don't have to use all of them on your site if you don't want to. For example, you don't have to have a message board or a shopping cart on your site if you don't want to.

Web Site Features
Custom Web Design -
After you sign up, we will send you a link to our Website Design Questionnaire, which has questions about what colors you are looking for, what other sites you like or dislike, what images you would like, and other questions to help us determine what kind of design you are looking for.

Then our designer will create three (3) custom mock-up designs for you to choose from. You can then choose one (1) to use as the design for your site. We provide unlimited revisions to the design of your choice.

We will then create the first three (3) pages of the site for you, unless you order more. Alternately, you can add additional pages yourself at no charge with our free Site Editor.
Online Site Editor -
Allows you to easily update your Web site and add unlimited pages for free after we set it up for you. Just point and click. There are no special skills needed to maintain your site, so whoever edits the site now and in the future will find it very easy to learn and work with.
Web Address -
If you don't already have a domain name (e.g. to use for your website, you can register one when you order your website. (If you already have a domain name through another provider, we'll give you simple instructions to point it to our service at no charge.) We can also advise you on choosing a memorable and unique domain name for your website.
Number of Pages -
You are free to create as many new pages as you like at any time; there are no limits to the number of pages you can add to your site.
Included Pages -
We create three (3) pages for you initially, but you can add as many pages as you want yourself at any time free of charge. If you would like us to create additional pages for you, we charge $50.00 per page.
Credit Card Payments -
Accept credit card payments through PayPal. Does not require your customers to have a PayPal account. Funds can be withdrawn to any checking or savings account.
Document Uploads -
Upload unlimited number of documents in all common file types (e.g. PDF, Word, Excel, etc.). Document pages can be set to only be visible to certain types of users if privacy is needed.
Photo Uploads -
Upload unlimited number of digital photos in standard file types (JPEG and PNG). Photos are presented in regular photo gallery format. Offers multiple image upload to quickly and easily create galleries.
Contact Lists -
Maintain searchable contact lists of clients, vendors, or others. Allow staff members to view contact list(s) after logging into the site. Users can log into their account to update their own contact information at any time.
Event Calendar -
Post unlimited number of event notices, meeting schedules, conferences, etc.
Message Board -
Allows for a simple message board feature to be added to your site. Create multiple categories. Add one or more forums under each category. Users can start topics or reply to an existing topic under each forum.
Secure Areas -
Password protect specific pages or the entire site. Useful for posting internal documents or pages just for clients but not general website visitors.
Classifieds -
Users can log into their account and post items to a free classifieds section. Site visitors can then browse the classified ads from the frontend of the website.
Event Registration -
Flexible event registration system can be used by the site administrators to post information about any event where registration is required, such as special meetings or volunteer events. Sessions (e.g. morning or afternoon) can also be added for each event. Registered users can then sign up for the event and any sessions that are associated with that event. Administrators can view, add, edit, and delete attendee registrations.
Shopping Cart -
Post unlimited products with photos. Payment is collected via PayPal® Buy Now buttons to accept credit card payments and online check payments. Does not require your customers to have a PayPal account to send payment.
Contact Forms -
Create unlimited number of forms for collecting information. Can be used to create contact forms, feedback forms, questionnaires, or anything else you can think of. Form comments are stored in Admin Area and sent by e-mail to address of your choice.
Visitor Polls -
Useful poll feature lets you create polls on any topic. Can be used to find out what people are thinking about a certain idea or initiative.
Links Pages -
Create a resources or links page with useful information and links to other websites for your visitors.
Multimedia Pages -
Create pages with audio files (MP3) and / or video files (AVI, MPEG, or WMV) to showcase your products or services and create an engaging and interactive website for your visitors.
FAQs -
Create a page with frequently asked questions (FAQs) and answers. Using this feature is a great way to reduce the number of routine questions and information requests you receive.
Guest Book -
Get feedback from the community with a guest book page for users to post comments about the site or your company.
Site Search -
Search feature lets visitors perform keyword searches to find exactly what they are looking for quickly and easily.
E-mail List Manager Features
Create Contact Lists -
Create and manage contact lists for sending newsletters, announcements, meeting notices, etc.
Allow User Sign-ups (Optional) -
Allow users to register for the website to receive announcements.
Contact Info and E-mail Address Updates -
Community members can update their e-mail addresses and other contact information themselves at any time.
Manage Unlimited Subscribers -
You can have unlimited users (e.g. clients), and you have the ability to send mail to all of them or just to users within a specific group (e.g. staff). Users can "opt-out" of receiving announcements at any time through their account.
Send Attachments -
Send an attachment with any message. Good for newsletters, announcements, and more.
Contact Data Export -
Site administrators can export the contact data to Excel for offline mailings, printing, etc.
E-mail Accounts -
Provides standard e-mail accounts (e.g. with Webmail access.
Initial Training -
We provide a free initial phone training session to the person in your association who will be responsible for maintaining the Web site.
Ongoing Support -
We provide free ongoing e-mail support and phone support through our toll-free number as long as you are a client. If you have questions or need help at any time, just drop us a line or give us a call.
Online Support -
We offer a large selection of articles and videos on using your Web site. They are located in the Support / Knowledge Base section of our Web site.
Feature and Function Updates -
We offer free updates to the features and functions of your Web site as they are developed. (However, we generally do not program custom features or functions on request unless it's something that other clients have asked for or could use.)
