Details:
It seems that even if IE7 in Vista is configured to use both TLSv1 and
SSLv3, it will refuse to use SSLv3 if you have also selected TLSv1.
We solved the problem by either disabling TLSv1 in the browser, or by
adding TLSv1 to the SSLProtocol line in the Apache SSL configuration.
