To speed surfing, many browsers have a default setting that will store recently
accessed pages on a user's local hard disk drive. If a site is revisited, the browser
will display pages from the local machine instead of requesting them from the
server.
PC users can force a refresh of a given page by holding down the Control key on
their keyboard and left mouse clicking on the browser Reload or Refresh icon.
