Knowledge Base: Hosting - Site Management System Plesk 9.x: If You Forgot Your Password

Details:

To restore your forgotten password:
1 In your web browser's address bar, type the URL where your Plesk control panel 
is located (for example, https://your-domain.com:8443)
2 Press ENTER.
Plesk login screen will open.
3 Click the Forgot your password? link.
4 Type your login name into the Login box, and type your e-mail address 
registered in the system into the E-mail box.
5 Click OK.
Your password will be sent to your e-mail address.
