Knowledge Base: Hosting - Site Management System Plesk 9.x: Introducing Similar Changes to a Number of Mail Accounts at Once

Details:

To introduce similar changes to a number of mail accounts at once:
1 On your Home page, click the domain name you need.
2 Click Mail in the Services group.
3 Select the check boxes corresponding to the mail accounts whose settings you 
want to change.
4 Click Group Operations.
5 Adjust the settings as necessary:
>Select Switch on to enable the corresponding option for the selected mail 
accounts.
> Select Switch off to disable the corresponding option for the selected mail 
accounts.
> Leave Do not change selected if you do not want to change the corresponding 
option.
6 Click OK.
